McQueary is the one who claims he witnessed Jerry Sandusky raping a pre-teen male child in the Penn State locker range in 2002 and reported it to Joe Paterno. While JoePa was fired according to failing to contact police McQueary still has a job, despite the performance he also didn’t acquaint police and didn’t try to bring to a standstill Sandusky from raping the boy whereas he had the chance.
